Terms & Conditions of Hire

1. All reservations are provided with written confirmation of price and details.
2. The customer is responsible for checking the flight details given on the correspondence.
3. Payment either by cash or cheque is required at the completion of each leg of the journey.
4. Once the reservation has been accepted a non-refundable deposit may be requested in certain circumstances.
5. Our confirmation forms the guarentee of service.
6. Chauffeur-Bus will provide departure pick up times. We cannot be held responsible if the customer amends this time, or if the travel is delayed through no fault of the driver.
7. Cancellations can be completed up to 24 hours prior to departure otherwise the full fare will be payable. The exception to this is airline failure when we will do our upmost to accommodate change to travel plans.
8. All returning customers will call their driver on the number provided to agree the collection point. The driver will only in certain preagreed circumstances meet in the terminal building.
